  • Overview

    Provide administrative support to assist a manager in the performance of duties and responsibilities. This position supports communications and information flow between cross-functional departments, projecting a positive organizational image. Travel coordinators make travel arrangements for individuals, groups and organizations, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations and handling any other trip-related tasks. 


    Duration: Long term

    Start Date ; May 7

    Rotation: 4/3 ( Monday to Thursday, 10 hrs per day)

    Rate : Varies

    Camp: Local only


    • Responsible for departmental correspondence, memos, etc.; creates and maintains information spreadsheets and other documents.
    • Organizes, maintains, and updates document and electronic filing systems; retrieves and organizes information from files promptly.
    • Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings and activities; maintains departmental calendar.
    • Assists the manager in preparing for meetings; produces meeting documents as needed.
    • Answers basic questions concerning department policies and procedures.
    • Receives and appropriately handles all incoming telephone calls and faxes in a timely and accurate manner; facilitates information flow and action and redirects calls as appropriate.
    • Establishes an organized, clean, professional atmosphere for the manager and visitors.



    • High school degree or equivalent is preferred.

    Professional Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years experience providing administrative support services to management

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Intermediate skills with all Microsoft Office product
    • Experience with coordinating travel arrangements
    • Experience working in the travel industry
    • Firm grasp of digital data and file management system
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to consistently meet multiple and often conflicting deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven people and organizational skills.
    • Able to interact with all levels of management.
    • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team oriented environment.
